From when can I get in touch with you?
As soon as you have a positive pregnancy test, feel free to get in touch. In a no-obligation first conversation, we'll get to know each other and answer any open questions.
What services do you offer?
We support you through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period: prenatal care, birth preparation, postpartum and breastfeeding support, plus numerous courses and parent-child programmes.
Are the costs covered?
Many of our services are covered by statutory health insurance – from prenatal care to postnatal recovery. Any self-pay extras are always clearly listed.

Pregnancy
I'm having pregnancy complaints – can you help?
Yes. Many complaints such as back pain, nausea or water retention can be gently eased with acupuncture, massage, taping or Dorn therapy. Just get in touch.
Do you offer birth preparation courses?
Yes, for both first-time and experienced parents. For women expecting their second child or more, we offer "Birth Preparation for Pros," which includes an evening session for dads.
Postpartum & breastfeeding
How long will I be cared for during the postpartum period?
We come to your home in the first weeks after the birth, and we're here to answer your questions right up until your child's first birthday.
Will I get support with breastfeeding?
Of course. We'll advise you on breastfeeding and nutrition – and, if you'd like, stay with you right through to starting solids.
Practical matters
When are appointments and courses held?
Appointments are arranged individually. Courses run mornings and evenings. We recommend signing up early, as places go quickly.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Ideally your maternity record (Mutterpass), your health insurance card and, if you have them, any medical reports.
Which areas do you cover?
We serve Meschede and the surrounding towns in the Hochsauerlandkreis, including Bestwig, Olsberg, Eslohe, Warstein and Schmallenberg.
