Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to bookings of courses, workshops and gift vouchers offered by Hebammen- und Familienpraxis am Mescheder Krankenhaus through this website.

Formation of Contract

By submitting your booking you make a binding offer. The contract is formed once we confirm it by email. The number of places per date is limited; bookings are honoured in the order received.

Prices & Payment

The prices shown at the time of booking apply. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not show VAT separately. Payment is made by invoice, prepayment or one of the payment methods offered.

Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the course begins. After that we charge 50 % of the course fee unless the place can be filled otherwise. If you have to cancel at short notice for good reason, we will find a fair solution together.
